    People need to learn how to spend their money wisely and they won't run into these issues.  If your ass is getting kicked, stop paying for MXs and pilot coveralls or a armored vehicle.  People need to learn when they're losing and just cut their losses.  Cop makes enough money, just don't go crazy on blowing loadouts on losing situations and you're fine.

    I personally cant see this working. We would have a increase of SGTs and higher ranks for the pay out.

    Give money by the cops who are closest. for example. 5 officers on line 3 in kavala 2 in Sofia, 200k bounty. 150k split between 2 cops, the other 50k split between the 2 kavala cops. Cop pay out is to low, yes i play it for different RP experience but im also playing it so i can have fun on civ and mess with cops.

    Going to be a headache but good idea if you can power though the problems. Medics really arnt as usfull as a civ with a defib. I would say give them dowing weapons but that would be Chaos. THey need some way to protect them selves otherwise they are going to constantly die because they cant down the hostile that is not letting them complete there job
