    Myself and those that I were playing with were trolling around the server trying to have fun, not only for ourselves, but to help others do the same as well.  One officer stood out, not only to me, but my friends, from a vast sea of other cops we encountered, Constable Vlad.  Vlad has shown excellent communication skills and consistently exceeded RP expectations.  Vlad was well aware of his surroundings and the regulations surrounding the scenarios he endured from x2 ex-admins @LaGrange and myself, and old community members who were out for the night to cause trouble.The constable showed patience, showed self control, went to EXTREME lengths to maintain RP, and conducted himself in a professional manner at ALL times.  During my time on Asylum I have run into many different people; however, the experience we shared with this particular Constable stood out from my vast 3,000 hours dedicated to Asylum. Hence why I am writing this "call out".  I believe this constable embodies what a CORPORAL should be.  The rank of corporal to most is sought out for the cool "new" gear, while that may be why Vlad is seeking the position, I believe he has earned the rank and will uphold the APD standards to the best of his ability regardless of what is thrown at him...If he is applying for corporal I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this individual.  While my experience with him was short lived (1 night), he has left a profound impression on myself. 

    I believe he is applying for Precinct 4? @Gaskal (Are you a P4 LT? Hello?)let me know or help me get this info to the right individuals.

    We've said this in the past, but sometimes it's worth repeating:  
    If you find a bug in the game and then use that bug to your advantage then that is an exploit.  If you exploit things that get you large sums of money in the game with little to no effort, then you will likely have your account wiped and be banned for a short period of time.  
    Also as you likely already know, we have a very comprehensive logging system and see what people are up to.  If you are doing something scummy, the likelihood that you're going to get caught is very high.  Only you can decide whether all the effort you've put in here is worth risking over something that you could simply report to us and likely receive a reward for doing so.

    The Kavala HQ we have now is old and not really functional. For example, You only have 1 building that you can process someone in and yes, the Kavala trolls are very aware of this and can make it very frustrating while trying to process someone. (and for all of you that are going to say "Then leave Kavala" I'm well aware of this and I don't usually stay there long lol) But as i was making the new HQ, I tried to take both Civ and Cop POV into consideration. You can see there are a lot of broken walls around the bay where Rebels or pistol bangers can still shoot you from but as a cop you can still get down and into cover. I placed one more deer stands around the HQ to give cops a better view of the surrounding Bay and to really help spot that guy with a 7.62 sniping from windmill hill or Tall rocks. Rebels still have line of sight into the HQ from castle and all around the bay, but I gave the cops more cover and places to process which i think has been needed for a long time. I also added a dome with a command center in it for processing which will help out a lot when locking down the HQ. Obviously the sign wont be staying but Let me know what you think!

    These notes are not overly huge, but there are a few things here that have been requested:  
    Orcas and Hellcats now cost less money. The damage handler for Orcas has been removed.  BIS has allowed glass to become damaged now, so we will see how this plays in a live environment.   The damage handler for RPGs has been removed.  You pay $50k for an RPG rocket, we're going to treat it like a suicide vest in terms of boom potential (for now).   The custom damage handler for Vans has been removed since BIS tweaked how they handle damage in the Arma engine.   Putting a restrained player in a car should work better now.   You should be able to lockpick a player by scroll wheel now.   Added some additional backend logging to try to figure out why server restarts are less reliable with the current Arma patch.   We are working on some more major game enhancements in the background, but I wanted to drop a few things in tonight.
