    I've been in that situation numerous of times and have been able to shoot the person using another as a meatshield

    No. What I'm saying is your suggestion is kinda dumb, and not really a real issue tbh. If a civ is escorting someone in cop restraints and you know that they are, then it should take you a mili second to right click to zoom in and hit the target behind the cover...or lower your fov..or lower your expectations for a criminal to do the right thing in a fire fight.

     

    And also I should elaborate a bit more. This server isn't really broken. Ever since 2.0 launched the amount of care and time that the staff has put into it is phenomenal. The people who play the server are broken.

    For example, you thinking that this is a legitimate complaint because you got outplayed my guy.

    Get better and use your brain.

    Why is this not against the rules? Even the APD is smart enough to say you can't do that, and most players already think its against the rules because of how broken it is, but yet, there is still players that do it. Needs to be fixed ASAP.

    - Suggestion (Make it to where if you grab a restrained individual you cannot raise your firearm, or something of the sorts)

    Mayhem for cm. Yes he caught me being naughty, but he also looked into another ban that I didn't even know that I had and found me to be innocent of it. He didn't even have to do that.The fact that he is willing to help others within the community with the countless hours he puts into making sure that this is a fair place for all, even for those that have broken the rules in the past; shows that he cares about asylum as a whole.

    At least unknown actually wars other gangs, and they don't roll 20 ppl deep, and the majority of their gang aren't shitters that need to exploit to get an advantage. Honestly it's not hard to fight people in smoke. Yea it can be cancer at times but there's something called the tilita key.

     

    Over all I'd rather fight unknown than a gang of 15-20 rats.

    ive been on this server for over 6 years. never have i had a perm ban and then decided to still talk shit on the forums. i took 2 breaks due to personal issues and then still was on the forums...but you my guy..you're kinda sad.

    Also would like to point out I play dom maybe once a week, and still would shit on you. You are probably the worst player in domestic abusers, and that's really saying a lot.
