Ye but messaging 9/11 the wrong way isn't breaking server rules, But u get points/Punished for it. There is a lot of things you get points for that aren't server rules. It isn't only that But the thing is, On civ you are supposed to be a bit more free. I understand as a whitelisted person you should be held with a bit more Intent/Responsibility. But lets be real here, Who wants to get punished for the tiniest little things and get points if someone gets around to reporting you. If everyone reported the cops when they did something wrong, We would have 25% of the cop population, Lets be real here. Fucking thank you. Exactly what I was trying to say. I would just like to first off say I don't really care to be honest because I have no chance of ever becoming a cop at this point. I apologized and accepted what I did was wrong but got straight black-listed so Idc. I feel people aren't the same. Why should something you mess up on civ go and represent how you are as a cop? People literally lose there civ personalities because they are too worried about getting points being a cop. I understand you want to "Represent the server" But who gives a fuck fam. What are we honestly representing???? Especially little things that aren't even rules. Such as.... "Dude your getting an IA if u keep doing shit / I'm going to the government website" Why should that get you points on civ? Idk. This just seems like you are asking too much about the lower tier officers and what is expected of them. Because there is no possible way u can get anyone punished above Sgt+ for little things because they are high up the chain, While the lower tier officers such as - Cadet/Constable/Cpl are constantly monitored and any little slipup will have points added to them.

Well maybe, If you know, The cops could treat us like genuine game players and not be straight out from Robo-Cop factory, I wouldn't mind having the cops around, But when the robo cops outnumber the genuine cops, What can you do? Ex. Server was dead with 10-15 players online, Cop was sitting in Kavala square for a solid 10 minutes. Feel bad b.c the guy is obviously bored but wants to do his job. I pull out an Ifrit to lighten up the mood and drive it around a little bit. (Now obviously being someone that is a somewhat Jewish with his cash, I wouldn't want to just get it seized straight up and who in the right mind would pull it out if they knew it would get siezed). I just wanted to have some fun with the guy. Then I get my shit seized. Nice. 90k down the drain b.c i'm trying to have some fun with him. This server isn't in the need for content. The number one part of running a server is FUCKING SERVER STABILITY If we can't have server stability, How can we expect players to stay and want to play when they dc mid fight / Run of money. Or even dc in cuffs or having a rp experience. I mean ffs I had a cop send me to jail during the desync and I lagged out. a 30k ticket that was rp-ed down to 7.5k got me sent to jail cause of this server lag

I got blacklisted so I already don't like the APD But the one thing that pisses me off the most is genuinely trying to roleplay and getting fucked in the ass for it Like as an example - The cops set up a checkpoint and I was messing around in a van and pulled around. So they stop me, Give me a ticket, And I felt bad b.c appearently all 3 cars that have been past the checkpoint have turned around or gone around with no rp for them. So what I did is act like someone sneaking drugs over the mexican border and took meth, Coke, Pcp, And other drugs with me (Only 1 of each) and acted like the cartel was going to kill my family. Only to be slammed with 25k+ in tickets and only a offer of parole for a replacement. I took time out of my day to try to have some fun with the cops, I mean I could do a 1-10k ticket sure but Cmon fam, I genuinely was trying to have some good rp with them. Never doing that again ill tell u that much

Well here is the thing, Its not the people that are toxic, Its the things that are causing them to be toxic. Don't get me wrong, there will always be toxic players but what are the reasons behind it? Well..... 1. You got the server going down every hour so nobody can fight for long periods or do solid runs of anything so people get stuck doing the same old fucking around in Kavala or places that won't leave them stranded 2. Lets be real, A lot of the good rp players left to go play Gta Rp / Lakeside. Its a better rp experience and if nobody is to set the bar real high, None of the new players can follow 3. U know the amount of times I have seen or even personally done told a player to go back from the server they came because it is pissing me off to even play Asylum due to some of the bugs that are sort of being ignored? 4. Cops can't stand getting shot with the hole red is dead, thus why they robo-cop because getting killed 8 times in a row would get me tight too 5. New players get shot 24/7. They don't stay. So we get forced to play with the same 300 people every single day. No new personalities, No new addons, No new events because its hard to run an event without problems So overall what does this lead into? The toxic community it is. I try to make friends the best I can (Even though I talk a lot of shit) I get over it. I like to know people for different personalities. I mean I even look @HulaHoop Screamed at him in ts one day for some dumb shit, 2 weeks later, Had a great time processing me and he is actually a pretty swell guy. But if this hole thing with the server crashing every hour doesn't get fixed. I'm gone in a month. Off to play Olympus or something else Idc

I genuinely want to know an explanation behind these as they are kind of a "Grey Area" and don't want to be banned for it 1. Do Sirens within 100 meters of you count as initiation? 2. If a bank is at a "Elevated Security" state, Can anyone within the Island open fire on either party as long as it is an active firefight? 3. If u get pulled over / talked to by a cop less than 5 minutes ago, Are you allowed to go ahead and still Shoot/Down the cops? Thank you
