Drug runners are red zones which means people can shoot you without initiating. Literally nothing can be done for you about it, sucks that drug runner can technically put your money negative which kinda makes life almost impossible.

How does this defeat the purpose ? If you could steal any vehicle and own it for virtually nothing nobody would bother buying them and more people would just go hunting for vehicles to steal. Take for example a Hemmit Box (Chops for 24K ish), Costs (50/60K) to buy new, You pay (10/20k) instead of chopping to keep it. Thats like 34/44K total for the vehicle considering what you would get for chopping it and the amount you would pay. (Still cheaper than the original vehicle price) This means you can still steal vehicles to get them cheaper but wont discourage people from chopping for money or buying the vehicles from the shops.

Been suggested many times in the past. Good idea but would need to incorporate a cost to make it viable. e.g. Hemmit box costs 20K to become yours. (Cheaper than purchasing the vehicle but not so much that it becomes a way to get any free vehicle)

@Sojobo did them frequently at one point. Most of them were pointless tho since only big gangs had enough power to stop them which kinda made it unfair on less developed players. Cant beat the pimp shop, Jumping quad parkour, pink jets and cheap suicide vests / speedbombs

+1, Could also make it so parole violators can still pay a ticket without removing the parole. (Sucks if you want to bounty hunt while on parole but get a speeding ticket and cant pay it off to get the licence )

Wait till after restart, unlock the house and place the crate down. Seemed to work for me when my 220k bugged out and only held 2 crates.

1. If the website was laggy or down due to DDOS or other technical issues how would people get/ find this PDF in the first place ? 2. Just as easy to click a link to the rules on the forums as it is to open a PDF file. 3. Having it would probably make little to no difference. e.g. Players who choose to break rules most of the time dont bother reading them or finding them in the first place. (Admins are understanding to newer players who break rules but warn them accordingly depending on what they did) Summary: Seems like it would be a waste of time IMO.
