This should not be bannable in the slightest. It's not abuse of anything except maybe your wallet. Using items grants you xp. Some items give you more than others. Adrenaline just happens to give a decent amount because it costs a lot. It's no more of an exploit than afk fishing or anything else people do to get xp. It's just quicker because you have to have money first. Sounds like more of an issue that someone didn't like the xp the devs allow it to give which should be brought up with the developers themselves not the player.

Arma likes intel cpus and Nvidia Gfx cards. Keep that in mind if your building a pc for this game. as for my setup: i7 3770k oc to 4.2 evga Gtx 970 SSC 16gb corsair vengeance ddr3 stays a pretty steady 60fps. Maybe get a few small drops in cities if server is busy.

Going by Gnashes stats the average payout is now 19.5k per run. That is not a small reduction as most runs were making between 30k-40k before. I think the only one that didnt was DR5 -> DR4 because it took 5 minutes round trip. I can agree that they were too easy before but cutting the payout in half AND adding the timer kinda kills it.

Nicholas is there a specific reason? If looking for APD requirements or something like that ask a SGT+ and they can tell you how many more days you need. If just for general reasons I'm not sure.

That may be it man but arma is finicky with combat and a lot of times it def seems like a chest shot. But we never get to see the rebels legs (bank-elevated, PB-rebels in deer stands, FR - no one does them other than smash and grabs). I'm not saying the carrier is the be all end all. Just saying it would be nice to have something that doesn't feel paper thin for armor on the cop side. I think as long as we pay full price for something a little better it's a decent compromise. We're already outgunned and honestly that's fine. We have the respawn and cheaper gear as a whole, and I get that in general things are rebel sided. It's another way to have some fun and make money and if we won a majority of the time there wouldn't be much higher tier criminal activity.

That's really the solitary thing you got out of the post? You may be technically correct but it's absolutely grasping at straws here. If you have exactly 100hp it leaves you with like 3hp or something similar if I remember correctly. I've survived a chest shot a few times but just barely. Also have had plenty of times where I didnt. Hit a road dildo on the way to the bank and it's a 1 shot.

I actually see the point in not giving all APD access to the 7.62s from the devs side of thing. It would be nice if we could at least get carrier lites on non undercover roles as the 7.62s are one shot straight through tac armor but it is what it is. I'd even be cool with them costing same as rebel carriers (5k) just so we might have a slightly better chance at banks and whatnot. @bamfIs there any chance that undercover roles will ever have the option to at least purchase the non black versions of cop guns that the civs have access to? There are already other ways to tell if someone is undercover and the black gun is instantly identifiable. Having to carry it in a pack makes us easy targets when we going into a kos area (1 of the roles of UC). I would love to see an undercover AK but I understand it may be a pain to setup downing rounds and whatnot, but even the non black cop guns would be a huge improvement. Thanks for what you guys do. I may not love some of the updated things but you can see that you guys are trying new stuff to keep the server fresh for everyone.

Basing weapons on arma on the real world just doesnt work for asylum. Add to that that bohemia has a less than stellar record for implementing ballistics properly and it leads to a situation where some guns would just be completely useless. If they make the ak too cheap the 6.5s and smaller will never get used. After playing around with them in editor the 7.62x39 that the ak uses just hits harder at distance than the 6.5s despite the fact that 6.5 should be a flatter shooting round that retains good KE. Maybe the akm/ak74u just because they cant have sights attatched but the ak12 with scopes and that 2 round burst is a nasty gun to go up against.

Just an update on this that it is still not working on any player. We tried with multiple officers on multiple people this morning and like they said just ***searching....*** Cant say on altis for sure but know for a fact its an issue on tanoa. EDIT: This was as of like 5 hours ago. Cant say since then.

After playing with this patch I have to say, my feelings on it are very similar to my feelings on Australia. It was an awesome idea that just missed its mark. Bounty hunters have been in need of some TLC for a long time. That said, they should not be APD without rules which is what this patch did. I feel like this patch did have some good points though, like adding groups for bounty hunters. Bounty hunters also were in desperate need of scopes. Where this patch misses its mark is with the weapons themselves as I feel giving bounty hunters 6.5s is a bad thing for cops and rebels alike. For cops, bounty hunters were not usually a major problem pre-patch. With numbers they could be somewhat of a nuisance at times but they were limited by short range optics, a 5.56 rifle that was expensive that they did not want to lose, and a desire not to be sent straight to jail if they stepped out of line. Now we are dealing with bounty hunters who have more numbers than us, who are equally if not better armed, and who will only face minor consequences when found doing the same things as the rebels they are chasing. Add to that, the ability to group with rebels has caused hell on APD.. Now we are both outgunned (7.62s) but we can be taken out of the fight for long periods of time and are easy for those armed with non-downing bullets to pick off when we get up. Where I really feel like this patch misses its mark is actually for the rebels. By giving bounty hunters 6.5s, scopes, and the ability to group this patch has essentially created APD without any number constraints or rules aside from initiation. They can go to cartels and camp rdm zones, which APD cant. They can also track their bounties which is limited to a select few slots for corporal+ on APD which really turns the odds in favor of bounty hunters winning most fights against rebels. Also, giving them the ability to add jail time I feel is a mistake. That option is not even available to the highest ranks of APD and should not be implemented without limits. As for the hunters I actually dont find them to be that OP other than they cannot be seized despite the bounty hunters using them for illegal activities. They are expensive which I actually feel is one thing this patch did okay on. TL:DR - Patch had the right idea, but giving BH the ability to group effectively, scopes, and 6.5 rifles is a perfect storm that is about to rain hell on cops and rebels alike.

It creates distance. You see how he took a step back before using it? The guy with the camera came there looking to cause a confrontation. They told him the rules and he tried to push past them anyways. Rather than fight with the guy and risk getting hit, kicked, bit, etc the cameraman got a 5 second ride of electricity induced compliance. -

I just meant for the RP mostly. Hell once you hit prestige in general money becomes a non issue for most people much less at the 10mil mark.

You should charge a little bit more and include a quick flight lesson that way you wont lose as many jets. This is actually a really cool idea for an in game company. Maybe even have a tiered pricing that could include tours and or mock dog fights.
