Be careful with that one. APD one is an APD guideline not a server rule. The civilian restraining/kidnapping is the rule where you can leave after the restraints break or you have been held for 10 minutes or more if no consent was given.

Currently it is very rare to have internet speed that outperforms disk write speed. So both would be the same when it comes to downloading something. Black according to Western Digital has more advanced technology that makes it perform faster. Yes, those two still have the same RPM, but according to WD the black is more optimized. I guess one example of where black would out perform blue is that if something is stored on/in different locations on the HDD and/or multiple disks it would probably load faster on the black. If you are planning on using it to store your games then according to WD the black one would load the games faster than the blue one.

*Storage You can read up on the differences for the colors WD uses here. Essentially Blue is WD's standard hard drive and Black is for high performance. Black one also comes with a longer warranty.

There are two main reason younger people are not allowed in the APD. 1. Less experienced human beings thus more likely less mature. 2. Their voices being too high pitched. This kills the RP aspect of interacting with and having adult police officer.

If lag is appearing during bank/prison/fed then it is probably SWAT that is causing the mass kicks and lag because that shit bugs easily. @bamf @Paratus

Have the changes gone live. Still seems a little wonky. Just did two runs that were approximately the same overall distance but one paid 25.7k (28.7 km|run 19) and the other paid 13.8k (28.6 km|run 18).

I think Altis is fine, but after doing it on Tanoa where the margin for error is much greater and payment is smaller I think it should be changed on there.

So far there were only three out of 23 I couldn't complete and store any money. So subtract 45k from 403979 and thats how much I have made. Its not hard to successfully do them.

On some drug runner runs I notice if you land at the same drug runners but in a different order it gives a different payment. Is that how its meant to be? On my google sheet run 14 and 15 for Altis are the same run but reversed and they paid differently. Same for Tanoa runs 3 and 4. @bamf @Paratus

Its current. The Altis and Tanoa tables on the Drug Runner tab are from the recent update to it. So on Altis its ~$168k and Tanoa ~$112k per hour.

From the runs I've done I've had about a 25% reduction as seen from here. Idk why people are complaining so much. I've got my plane stuck and had to get a hatch out and push it and then get back in the plane to drive it to the drug runner and I still had a bit of time.

Only about 50k less an hour now.
