Lets not turn this into a group cap problem, has nothing to do with what I propose. Group cap is where it should be.

You lose your bonuses as soon as it is being capped by another gang, which is awfully annoying. A cooldown of some sort is fine, and it effectively limits the number of times gangs can cap cartels.

There should be a limit of 2-3 cartel captures per cartel every restart. This is to prevent gangs from capping cartels only a few minutes after a cartel was capped. Gangs earn cartel caps and as such do not deserve to have to constantly worry about a cartel being snatched behind their backs while trying to do other activities, especially running drugs. It just gets frustrating and it's not possible to have people camping a cartel at all times to defend it.

I'm gonna go ahead and agree with dork for once on this one, something is wrong. Gang life is stagnant and a quarter or more of server population is cops. At least it is this way on server 2. We cannot be in the mentality that all players will return after mass server problems. Yes older players do leave and people get bored, but the rate at which these players leave should be filled in with new players.

It's the largest scale project any game developer has taken, it takes lots of time to build something like this the right way. What you see of star citizen as of now may not seem like much, but its just the framwork of a fully persistent universe. Watch some videos of it.

Would be nice to see a new prison that allows cops to attack with more options and angles, thus leading to less of a stagnant peak battle and more of a fluid fight. But this would come at the cost of having the new prison more isolated from a police hq.

As long as he maintains initiation, he can rob/kill you as much as he wants.
