  1. I would like to make a suggestion: Not EVERYONE but SOME higher ups should be replaced with Sgts and Lts who are promoted because of their ability to lead and their combat sense instead of always how well they suck dick and who they know or because they grinded out cop life or whatever. Get rid of this animosity towards gang cops because alot of them are the ones that help make the APD better because of their own experiences. When you push them away they don't want to make the APD better. There are alot of bad apples I know, but get rid of those bad apples before they get moldy and you'll be alright. I mean leaders should be rewarded with leadership roles if that's what they seek. If they fuck it up, so be it get rid of them problem solved. But hold EVERYONE accountable for their actions no matter who they are. I believe these things will solve alot of problems with the APD but who am I to say?
  2. I agree we should make IA posts but god forbid if they remain a Sgt and get promoted and look at what you posted about them. Besides, most of what we are discussing isn't against any APD policy I think we're just ranting in vain out of frustration that's all. Let us enjoy
  3. That is 100% true and I agree with that but when that 10% comes they never get authorized until it's too late or a Lt or a Sgt dies and loses that rifle they paid for or if it's a bank, fed, or prison break
  4. And god forbid if you tell them why we lost the fight because now you're being rude and you just lost a vote for Corporal
  5. What pisses me off the most is when I lose because a higher up was too afraid to authorize lethals. I don't even carry lethals anymore because of that and another incident when I was falsely accused of purposely abusing and I stopped asking permission and trying to use them a looooooooooong ass time ago for lethals because it's always "auto-deny" unless the sgt is on scene.
  6. Unfortunately I'm the same way but higher ups assume we're just playing cop to cause havoc because of the way others portray us. Granted both of us do things to portray ourselves in a negative manner, but if people actually took the time to observe instead of assume they would see that atleast for me that isn't my intent. So we get put on the shit list basically.
  7. Unfortunately anytime we bring up the topic of "not enough RP" I've always seen an admin post and say "Asylum is a minimal RP server if you don't like it go elsewhere" or something along those lines. That being said, I retired my involvement in that subject a long ass time ago.
  8. I agree with your post and all don't suck dick that's gay but I'm confused as to what we're doing here. Is this a recruiting drive? A complaint? Or a discussion?? What's going on here?
  9. I'm content either of these but I definitely don't think there's any point in having 2 black markets at this point. Maybe use 1 of those for a 2nd distillery if need be.
  10. Another thing I wanted to add but I don't know if it's possible: Make all the drug dealer locations visible to cops and only show the 4 that are currently active for civs so the cops have to find which drug dealer people are selling to in that area instead of being able to go right to it and they also have to pick the drug dealer that would benefit them the most for instance... There's 4 drug dealers in total which are currently active and available to sell to. However nobody sold anything at the drug dealer closest to Kavala, but most people are currently selling at the drug dealer closest Pyrgos because people are running meth. That means that the Pyrgos drug dealer is currently the most effective one to raid.
  11. Harley's my home dog cheese burger slice home skillet biscuit and I can withstand a little friendly trolling from him so I didn't wanna embarrass him with a reply but yes this definitely does redefine logic here I would say.
  12. The idea was something that I thought of a long time ago and I posted all of the details before re-calling everything from the original idea I had, so I could understand the confusion there. The original idea was to have the rebels earn money from the drug dealer instead of the processor and the drugs that people sold to the drug dealer when they didn't own the cartel were to have a cut taken there instead of the processor. Therefore, in order for the owners of the drug cartel to keep the possibility of a steady cash flow, they would have to defend this place from being shutdown by the cops, or like Poko said, it could be something everyone who possesses a rebel training license could participate in to eliminate the cops possibility of severely outnumbering the rebels after backup is called. So if the rebels win, that drug dealer stays open and keeps giving them money in the fridge at the drug cartel. If it gets shutdown, they lose the money that drug dealer produced that still hasn't been taken from the fridge; which in turn makes this whole thing somewhat voluntary for rebels if they don't care to fight at the moment, they could just go collect the money from the fridge and not make any money from that town for another 45 minutes to an hour or whatever time the next drug dealer becomes available for everyone around that town. Hope I cleared up any confusion I know my format is a little cluttered I just don't feel like typing an expository essay right now.
  13. Voted best comment from Rebel Department 2k16!
  14. Those dirty cops! Anyway, thanks for the feedback I liked it very much
  15. Asylum is minimal RP. An extremely competitive environment also. Peace sucks a hairy asshole and war is the motherfucking answer. As far as holding up rules, if a rule is broken, and you have sufficient evidence, they get banned, no questions asked.
  16. You can shoot into a redzone from anywhere, but you can't shoot out of a redzone past 300m until you initiate with that individual or that gang.
  17. You will find that Asylum's rules are a lot more "combat favored" than other Altis Life servers where the admins try to find a reason to ban you if you even think about killing civilians. Just spend some time here and get to know the differences in the rules. It may take a while to adjust.
  18. Don't know why you quoted me, but I'm sure he would've regretted joining that gang anyway. You didn't miss out on anything L1on go on with your time on Asylum to better places and don't think twice about it
