I just want to say one thing about all this they don't listen to our ideas. You have to remember like legit 98 % of the ideas are so dumb and not actually possible to go trough with. And most of them are just for people to have it easier on the server, with more money etc for fuck all effort. Don't get me wrong some of the ideas are actually good aswell, but the majority is actually pretty bad.

The turf's can only be capped once per restart already. And 15 minutes is more than enough when it comes to cartels. If you want them so bad protect your cartel/turf. They are not made to be taken and controlled by 1 guy.

No need to change anything. The armor value's are good now. If the cops have csat's with a level 2 vest don't really matter that much. Most likely won't be changed either. And how you manage to hit the cops 4-7 times without them getting killed is weird. You might have to aim better
