i think if they get clean wiped they shouldn't come back for a period of time, but if there's still a cop there fighting you back up is more than necessary.
I refuse to believe its even DDoS at this point. It happens so randomly. No matter what is going on, whether it be cartels, bank, prison, fed. The server always does this shit.
i didnt mean to insinuate that i wanted cadets to have 9mm only. Im just saying, when i first played all i got was a po7 and no vest. cadets even get sights on their gun now. Just goes to show, no matter how much you give into peoples demands they will always want more. Give SGTs 7.62, they will ask for RPGs next.

All Points Bulletins have been fixed. It's always been broken, so I'll explain it as you've never seen it (even though it's over a year old):
Once in a while, all online police will receive an APB tasking, targeting the civilian online with the largest bounty.
All police can track the APB target, albeit with a large tracking radius.
The APB target will grant a 50% bonus when arrested.
The civilian who is targeted will get an alert and if they evade long enough the APB will be lifted.
Hotfix 2:
Added achievements and titles for successfully evading APB bulletins
Reduced the Federal reserve vault drilling by 50% to 1 minute (can be further reduced with talents)
Increased the ratio of dirty money to gold bars at the Banks on Altis and Tanoa to 50/50.

Dirty money can now be traded, although only if you're giving the full amount.

Because when you get caught by a cop you have a chance to talk yourself out of it / get a ticket.
Getting robbed by a rebel you may have a chance to get out alive and talk a bit.
Getting caught by a bh is straight to jail and no fun usually.
But on the bright side, as a bounty hunter you can be justice! You can be Batman! The hero Altis needs and deserves, but doesn't want.. at all.
