    Ultimate solution, Sneaky gets CoP on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and Atmosphere gets it Tuesdays and Thursdays. 
    On weekends there will be a raffle.

    Sure we can blame it on it "being a popularity contest".. or, a regime removed the one person that had power over them, as well as the ability to punish them... So lets not buy into the bullshit propaganda and call it what it is k? might work on the kiddos but some of us see through it. 
     
    I have said it before, I will say it again. Staff needs to be part of APD regulating. And if cost me my imaginary rank in a video game so players on this server can get proper due process / fairness, so be it.

    ...I can't believe I am actually saying this but Wondero is right. Who are we to say what a good Captain is when 95% of the APD will never be able to grasp it.
     
     Let's remove it and let the LT's run the APD I see no downfall in this!
