Can't say no when you haven't played as cop. When you do a "911" , every cop online see's it. If I'm in pyrgos and you are in kavala, I will still receive it. The issue is, only about 25% of the time an officer will respond either by text or actually showing up. There isn't any obligation for an officer to respond or reply.
