I'm a pretty good pilot and out of 10 runs I clipped a powerline once. Also was stopped by cops. Also was killed by a rebel once. So it is balanced just fine.

Can you please fix the bug where it will not spawn the initial plane and immediately fail you and take 15k? Has happened maybe 15% of the time on my runs. @bamf

The reason cops can is because they can identify it is a stolen police car. I can also identify its my stolen car. What's the difference @Trilligy Cops should have to follow initiation rules unless under cover.
