The bar is already pretty low for required RP and has been getting lower over time. How about we try and pick it up a bit instead of asking how low you can go.

There's nothing to stop you from doing it now. Aside from the custom gear you can RP as a news reporter/crew. Back when Asylum had better RP we would see this quite often with groups of people running around with Binoculars recording for Channel 7 or 4 news.

I don't know what your audio setup is like but for me when I hear gunfire if I do a 180 I can tell where it's coming from much easier than just standing still and looking forward.
