Step 1: Kidnap player
Step 2: Take player to an NPC called "Shady Russsian dude"
Step 3: Put a variable amount of money down
Step 4: Player gets a title called "Whore" or "Hooker"
Step 5: To remove the title player has to suck dick for money until the money raised equals the amount put down by the kidnapper
Step 6: Kidnapper gets money they put down back + a bonus

This is an amazing idea and you'd have to be gay to disagree with it
