Change nametags completely on dom

• Remove all titles and achievement titles on dom nametags
• Change the base nametag colour from white to red

This will make nametags less aids on dom where some people abuse nametag titles which are grey/white/green and make nametags more clear.

Honestly some of them need to be fixed on S1 too some colors are unreadable compared to others
