Reduce the price of Turtle meat, But add the option to Process it and 2 new locations 1 somewhere near Pygros and 1 Somewhere near Kavala "Wong's Kitchen" Once Processed you receive "Turtle Soup" which will sell somewhere in the range of 20-40% more than the current turtle meat prices

Turf/Cartel Flags will mechanically Lower/Raise every 10% So attacking team can see the cap progress 

Medics should be paid similar to the way delivery missions are paid out With a base price of $800, then recieve a bonus for EA km traveled..

Add hellcat for medics (remove option to lockpick) 

Increase respawn timer from 5min to 7.5min

Add MRCO to bounty hunter shop

Increase cops option to respawn to 1min

Increase Violated Parole bounty to 4.5k / And give you permanent fatigue until you are cleared of your bounty

Relocate OIL cartel, Add a Helipad. Automatically add RUBBER over a period of time (2 rubber every 30mins) (South of chopshop?)

Keep the group limit 10, but make it a 1:1 ratio once more than 10 cops are on, for a max of 15 group/gang members 

Add Submarine SWAT for prison breaks

Add a turf to DP11

Remove one of the Hydrogen Sulfates on the western side of map and replace it with a Coal Mine, take the Coal and Process it at a Coal crushing plant into Fine Coal, then sold to a power plant.

Hell noh, 

Bounty hunters need to do some work to get a loadout aswel, 

Permanant fatique? Are u crazy? 

Oh look cops lets run away and take cover to have a fair firefight. Oww wait i can't run because i violated my parole

 

The rest are not bad tho

Shouldn't be fighting cops near HQs and this wouldn't be an issue...

Once you kill a cop, it already takes him about a minute to get back into the field...gotta run to the shop, drop all your gear, rebuy gear, get a car, and head back out. 

It'd be different if cops still spawned with their full loadouts, but they don't.

You can't add a turf to DP 11, it's too highly traveled...DP 13 is along the MSR, but it's pretty rare for people to go through there.

+1 to medics getting paid for KM

+1 to hellcat for medics 

+1 to oil being relocated

-1 for the parole. i think it should be nerfed to the shit.. its too OP to have the location on the map. should be updated every 3-5mins.

-1 group, should remove group cap. gone of the days with server wide meth runs.. :( you will be missed.

I like a lot of these ideas however with the medic idea for being paid per km, if not coded properly can easily be exploited, if a medic is in Sofia, and a guy dies in Kavala, what if he just suicides to get there , would that count towards the 20 km traveled. The 5 minute to 7.5 timer seems like a fantastic idea though, a lot of these are great

And if coal was added, could be used as an ingredient to craft grenades
