25 admins < probably 2000-5000 very active players each week who may post 1 every other week meaning 2.5k reports / comps / items to deal with.

2.5k divided by 25 comes out to about 100 each which there 7 days a week, lets say they have free time 5 days out of the week, thats 25 reports each that they go through during there free time - which lets say 1 out of every 5 is a 5 minute video, and 2 out of every 10 is a minute comp video, thats about 12 minutes worth of footage everyday plus the filling up of reports, and such - looking more towards 2-3 hours just to respond with some answer to everyones report / comp. If an average person gets 4 hours free time a day, that would mean the admin has 1 hour free left which they will probably not want to spend handing out comp in TS after granting them.

Maybe the issue is that you are sitting in compensation report channel and not compensation support. Try a channel that exists
