there are a bunch of ways, but this is my favorite recipe:

season GENEROUSLY with salt and pepper (both sides) and add a drizzle of olive oil

get a non-stick skillet and spray it with more non stick

shove a cactus up your ass

Damn noobs. Always posting crazy stuff. Stop it......you can't use olive oil it gets too smokey with high heat. I use a garlic butter mix and spoon it back over the dog meat. Helps season and tenderize. Stop posting bad recipes!
