Let me explain. Any junkie with a globally banned account "could" change their name to Col sanders to make it "appear" that it was he that actually got a ban. Global bans are different as they do not mark the name you get banned under, they only mark the name in Arma options; a troll could change to someone else's name. Honestly it would simply take just a little admin effort to compare ips and such from historical connections. Could clear his name if he indeed is innocent. My personal opinion is that it was him, he did hack, and he did get caught. However, I also hate the idea of a wrongful Ban, regardless of who.
