Cadets can't pardon.....they can request a constable to pardon someone. But can't actually do it themselves.

I started calling someone directly after a 911 and respond asap. Guaranteed RP

• Double tap capslock to hot-mic yourself so that you can read charges off the wanted list.
• Tapping the first letter of someone's name when you open the wanted list takes you to that person.  Looking for Sugarfoot?  Hit S.  Doesn't work with gang tags and don't search for people starting with F while driving/flying, you'll siren.
• Stop talking so much.  Save questions for after combat/important stuff.  You'll learn a lot more by listening to vets and paying attention.  You're along for the ride as a cadet.
• Never get salty.  The lord-of-the-flies children that inhabit this game/forum will smell your sodium levels and redouble their efforts.
