I am just saying as it currently sits there really isn't a benefit to being broken out of jail as in the longrun you spend more time in jail overall. Maybe it could take the time you already spent in jail into consideration if you get sent back to jail. I'm not sure if its possible to do that and then add the extra time from your additional charges back on. (Plus a bit extra for the escape in general) Link to comment
