What are Drug Runner Missions?

Hello, I am new to this island and I was wondering what these drug runner missions around the map are? It looks like you use a plane, so some guidance on how to do them would be greatly appreciated!

Risk 15k of your own cash to get a plane fly to another drug runner place sell the plane for cash get robbed by bounty hunters and or arrested

nerfed? lol i think its quite op, i can make over a mil in a day using drug runner. took me 30 min to make around 100k

Nerfed into oblivion because you need to able to actually fly it now.. fucking whiners, it is good money!

It's terrific money, and generally low risk. Sure people camp it (I'm looking in the mirror here), but that is usually not the case. 

If you can fly reasonably well, then drug runner missions are great.

People dont even camp it, of all the flights ive done(which is a lot) ive only encountered 1 camper and he wasent really camping it, he was simply sitting at the drug runner clueless what to do and tried to kill me when i jumped out of the plane. People dont camp drug runner because its not worth it seeing you wait there for up to 30 min before someone comes and at most they have 15-30k which is shit, 30 min of flying makes more than 30 min of waiting to rob someone.
