If you spend 1500 euros on a pc and still cant run everything on ultra, maybe you shouldn't have bought that 800 euro tower-case then

I got an 1700-1800 euro pc atm, I run everything on ultra at around 300-350 fps.

No I'm running an FPS counter, and mesured with 2 seperate fps counters, I get an average of 307,

Ryzen 1800X + 1080 does it's job  

 

Edit : this is in like the open field when noone is around, big cities/ highly populated area's will drop it down quite a bit

I struggle to believe that you're testing on an Asylum server for the FPS. In SINGLEPLAYER perhaps I could believe it since I get 90-120 FPS on Ultra.
