I agree with alot of the 8.0 update, but this is just not cool. People make the most money by doing meth in houses and scotch. Changing the location of meth to the very, very top of the map makes this impossible. There are no close houses, and even the ones who are the closest are veeeeery far away and very few. This update didn't only mess with the way people make meth but also the whole housing market, big time. It's not like meth switches from the top of the map to the usual spot every second restart, no it's been up there for a solid 4 restarts in a row. I just think this really messes with everybody's moneymaking. People grind for those dp14/15 houses for days and now they're worth very little compared to before. I think making the change of locations less drastic might work, like not putting meth in the middle of nowhere would work but it's just straight up impossible to make money doing meth now. I also think crank is very underpriced, i get that it's maybe a little bit more safe BUT i could make 750K doing a full house of meth but only 440K doing a house of crank. I think bumping crank up to maybe $1050 would make it more useful but for now you make more doing coke, meth and drug runner etc.. What im saying is that the change of drug locations fucked the economy, accesibillity and just money making in general. Basically asylum is turned upside down.

Also, no. No need to bump up crank. Again, its more or less worry free as far as getting caught, unless you have a bounty and get tracked by BHs or through APBs.

I calculated it, if i make meth i make about 130K /hour, with this i'd make about 88K. i could just make around 150K/hour doing scotch but houses are so rare. Not everyone are just worried about supplying themselves with money, it just isn't effective enough.

All im saying is that i think it's too much of a drastic change.

Well yes i do know what i'm talking about. For me it takes around 2 and a half hours to get myself 402 barley (six barrels worth) and make it into scotch. that makes a total of even 156K. I've only made a mil or so a day but i guess i know nothing, atleast i try and time my runs and don't argue without statistics to back it up.

Also the part with 88k a box truck, make them all into cocktails first and then procces when your gang holds drug cartel, what most people do. works well.

I've heard people say the same about how it messes with making meth and the house market..I disagree,the houses are still really good houses,and if you think about it,the north meth lab is kinda easy cause you got all 3 locations on the way to meth up north,unlike the og spot where ephedra is way south then gotta travel way north of rodo...plus it adds value to that side of the map...can still make it work,just gotta keep one crate meth supplies and one for spirit an a barrel what's the issue,cause people wanna be lazy? Its called grinding for a reason IMO gotta work for it

The problem with saying you can do meth with houses when the location is up north is that there are very few houses, but say that against the odds that you get a dp3 house or something like that, it's still further than running meth at regular op spot from panagia.. people used to say dp22 was too far.. if you run all ingredients in 1 go and don't use a guy you will in all likelyhood be spotted and get camped. It's not about being lazy, it's about efficency. For people who can't afford houses this is better. If i only had to supply myself with money i'd have no problem with it. Ask bacon.

I agree, i think they should make it so that the drug locations swap every other restart or smth so that you don't have to wait 3-4 restarts at times to be able to run your meth etc. Just my opinion.
