I'm pretty sure Rodo only pertains to Coke and Ephedra gathering,not 100% sure if its gathering speed or the gathering amount kinda forget. Don't quote me here, but i think there may be a gang perk as well that stacks,could be wrong, i haven't checked it in ages tbf. Zaro's is pretty fair atm,its more oriented to the people who fight alot. Not sure what else could be added without it being OP. If you think about it, a free ifrit that costs 121k at rebel at top dollar(cheaper with arms an turfs/ crafted) or 60-75k chop price is pretty decent as well, adds up over a few hours of fighting. I can agree with Rodo being tweaked for other fields, it could make it better for the attraction with high pop,now the down side is during low pop it could be op af when it comes to risk reward imo,don't think it should pertain to weed though.

This ive seen happen a bit in the last couple weeks. Out of curiosity, does it happen when 2 people try an look in the inventory at the same time?(if you noticed it) or from a fresh pull? a long time ago if someone got killed while in inventory it would cause it to bug out with the same hint, would have to store it and re-pull it.

Also im pretty sure every player turned admin from a big ish gang/group has gotten blamed for using admin panel or some other BS because peoples emotions run high in fights(this includes myself in early years of playing)., almost the same as not understanding where or how you got killed an call someone a hacker in side chat 0.3 seconds after death.. Natha and Eli actually made there own money running drugs an other things when they was admins with other admins so its not un heard of that some admins grind out.Some may have the time to do so some may not.

Like the thickness of the smoke(transparency),when 3 ppl spam smokes just cant see period unless your above them or you both on top one another.... Not to sure what Arma calls it,particle effect would prob be it,the blur is fine imho,its doing whats its meant to do,alot of people just sitting in the smoke can still an or dancing around it... I think this is a reasonable way to fix it without taking out blur an going backwards,along side maybe limit the chances of players getting smokes in there ifrit each pull like 25-40% chance of a player getting smoke(s).? Assuming it has 50+ or so pop.
