it's more like

4-Five > Rook/PO7 > ACP > PM > Zubr

the acp probably does not have more votes as it is a cop weapon
(whoever reads this and dares to say the Zubr is good, do your research)

I don't think anyone would say that the Rook is a good weapon.  The Rook isn't about stats, utility, or skill - it is a way of life.  Nothing personifies the aspiring low-level Kavala criminal like the Rook.  The Rook is an institution.

I'm sorry for all of you APD members who didn't get the MXM (I thought about adding it in but forgot to after redoing all the questions) I'm not in the APD, didn't know that the Acp was for cops (I know which one it is), and forgot to add grenades all together. Sorry for this. But thank you for so much of the feedback that I've gotten from this pole already

Just try it in eden or in the virtual arsenal, check Operator Drewski in the Zubr video buff.
It has a little more damage than the rest of the pistols, but has a higher recoil, a lot less bullets, more weight, overall the weapon is pretty bad
