Hard restarts shouldn't cause you to loose your gear off your person. What were you doing at the time of the restarts and did you sync before it restarted? I had this happen to me a while ago whIle i was diving for goods. But it didn't happen more than once.

Usually on reports it will say that action was taken, or that no action was taken. I've never seen one that went into detail about the action that was taken such as 3 days or ie. @ItsViolett
