If you're familiar with Tarkov you probably know about the 23x75mm Zvezda flashbang rounds for the shotgun. Basically I'm proposing the same thing for the reasons of I think it'd be hilarious. How it would work: 12 gauge pellets were removed from the game due to them being OP I'm suggesting you repurpose these pellet rounds by: Make them deal no damage (Like the flare gun) When shot by these pellet rounds do the flashbang effect on the player If possible I would put a range on these rounds as well by: Measuring the distance between the player who shot the weapon and the player who got hit If that distance is below 15m play the flashbang effect, if that distance is above 15m don't do the effect I believe the initiation method should work the same as regular flashbangs as well, one sided initiation. If you shoot a player with these flashbang rounds your name should turn red for them, giving them initiation to kill you, but you not having initiation to kill them unless you initiate on them afterwards. I believe this would just be a funny thing to add, bringing funny interactions to the community without negatively affecting combat experiences. To prevent these from being overused and getting annoying I'd recommend a high price tag per "clip" of pellets, probably like 5k each. Also for undercover police who wield the shotgun they could have this as well.

I was vocally a big proponent of removing passive money making when it was a thing because it strongly deterred against players getting into combat. However you are indeed correct about the economy being too far gone, for new players they're just going to give up too quick unfortunately. I would advocate for the sell prices for all items to be increased by a globally determined percentage (whether that be 100%, 200% or whatever.) This way moneymaking still has risk, IE: 1 of your meth runs getting robbed, however it can be recouped with 1 successful meth run due to sell prices being increased.

Honestly though why? There has not been a more prolific APD captain on this server. During the 10 years of my life I wasted on here DarkKnight is always the name that comes to everyone's minds first when they think of a Captain. The dude has obviously earned the undying loyalty of the apd cuckbrigade, give him Chief. and this clearly this coming from me of all people should rid your minds of any thoughts of bias here.

Be real, taking Kavala from the top of the spawn screen did this. This server has been on a decline since that exact moment. You say we deterred new players from the server and compared it to a genocide but tbh it worked. Currently asylum has no new players, there is no addition to the player base. Kavala was the perfect breeding ground for initiating new players to the server. It was idiotic to try to push Athira to be the spawn city when it has barely any houses. Not a single new player can even buy a house in the "starting city". Kavala probably has more currently market priced houses than there is total properties in Athira.

It doesn’t always do that. That’s the thing, it’s inconsistent. And tbh every single person would rather not have the timer, or atleast make it 1 second if it’s to prevent spam requests for server performance. 5 seconds is a bit ridiculous honestly. Maybe it’s a bug the fact it doesn’t always have a timer, but everyone prefers it not to have a timer.

im banned from the asylum discord so I cannot. However its really simple. When you pickup a bounty sometimes it lets you pickup all 4 by just clicking the bounty app on the phone 4 times quickly. Sometimes however it makes you wait 5 seconds inbetween picking up a bounty. Nobody likes waiting the 5 seconds, everytime you do an update idk why it reverts. So one patch it'll make you wait 5 seconds, the next it wont, the next it will, the next it wont. Currently it makes you wait 5 seconds.

by invisible carryall you mean wearing a carryall backpack but it looks like you're wearing no backpack at all? for civs i dont really like this because people are going to be pulling 6.5mm and lower rifles out of their ass all the time. maybe i misunderstood what you were asking for idk

you can have both accounts on at the same time, they just cant be benefitting each other. the above example of one capping drug cartel and the other running drugs is taking advantage of the cartel cooldown and obviously no processing cuts. having 2 accounts that are completely separate technically shouldnt be forbidden under current rules.
