For the most part it is about prices. Aside from the kids that run money all day just to buy the most expensive loadout they can at rebel. Need some long overdue price adjustments to get people using other guns. If shit isnt being bought bring the price down and maybe everyone wouldnt be using the MK1 or MK18.

I'm not even against the captain MSXW. Its definitely a step up and I don't see a reason why captains shouldn't have a better gun than LT's. But why try and act like it was implemented to give cops an MK200 equivalent? MK200 costs so much that no one ever buys it. And if I'm not mistaken rebels are supposed to have the superior equipment available while cops often have numbers and free/cheap gear. Make it so I can spawn at rebel with a free load out and we have a deal.

Remove the RPG from rebel shop. Add a blackwater and include the RPG without damage handler in the loot table.

Lets just make the police HQ a green zone because clearly staff doesnt want HQ being attacked. Combat seizing rules out the window, probable cause for simply being in the compound, and a 15k charge for attacking it. Expect rebels to defend a fed and its 3 gates but we cant ask that cops be able to defend the 1 gate at 4/5 HQ's? Terrible batch of captains.

What will I do without my pocket owner? For real though its sad to see you leave but I'm happy its for all the right reasons. Hopefully you pop in every now and then so we can lose some banks together

Cops also have no defib timer for Reviving multiple people. Why do civs need to wait 3 minutes between a Rez and cops dont?

Dumb to make barley Illegal since its everywhere and is only illegal when collected. A better solution might have been removing yeast from the civilian market and making it illegal (You can already buy it from wongs).

The inherent issue with scotch is that it requires a house with barrels to run. That’s why no one robs it. A good solution might be to have new make scotch sell at half the value of 25 year scotch. That way cops will get decent money for seizing it and civs can sell it.

Its the case with most policy's including lethaling as you mentioned above There is like 5 reasons someone can lethal and past that discretion will allow them to lethal anyway. Impossible to report someone because you dont know if they voted or how the vote went. Also love how common cops go to a sniping position and because they chose to snipe the person that is now "unreachable" gets lethaled. Again though its impossible to report because you dont know if lethals were authorized anyway. I'd personally like to see the captains take steps to remove loopholes that ultimately keep cops from being held accountable.

Maybe Im alone here but I really dont understand what the 2 life rule is supposed to accomplish. Its my understanding that the guideline was made to give people running drugs a chance to process and get out granted they wipe the cops. Yet there are 6 different ways cops can come back anyway. How are the people running drugs supposed to know if they pinged? Or are currently getting warrent tracked? Or that an LT or CPT isnt just allowing the cops to go for a third time? Am I supposed to keep a spread sheet and tally up every cop that dies to make sure they havent come a third time? What if I shoot the cop from inside the illegal area but he dies outside of the area? Does that count as a life? If an officer logs on after the conflict has started do they also get 2 lives even when most officers have already lost both lives? If 6 officers use their 2 lives can 1 log off bringing the total officer count to 5 and allow them to continue coming back? Seems like a lot of confusion, especially for the newer players this rule was implemented to help out. A better solution Cops that arrive at an illegal area and are killed may come back 1 time with as many officers as they can rally up in a single push. Once all officers are killed the area is deemed unsafe for patrol and is to left alone for 20 minutes. This makes it more cut and dry. Kill constable joe and cadet tim, they bring 7 cops to try to take over coke field. If all officers die than any officers that respond within 20 minutes can be reported.

You clearly missed what I was trying to convey. Its very disappointing to see the Chief of police patrol Kavala during an active fed while also testing new items to potentially buff the APD.

This from the guy that went 2 lives at the fed and called off half the cops. Or the bank later on that you prowler slammed and logged off even though you were the only one capable of pulling armor. Seems like you purposely lose federal events so you can push for better gear.

Biggest issue is that its ultimately up to the captains to nerf/buff their own faction. Hopefully staff will look over the suggestions to potentially force certain changes.

If coke pro can be moved somewhere thats not on a main road thatd be great. Got to worry about the kids coming from rebel iching to kill someone and the cops that drive up from a populated city. edit. Even moving the processor to the other side of town would be better than having it along side the road
