    I personally don't recall them saying event starts on lighting bolt till after all that and once we got geared, Just because a Zeus Bolt happened doesn't mean to start shooting everyone. Of course once one cop shoots the other's will assume it meant go which led to all of them shooting.

    As for the Bounty hunters they were told to leave originally but then kept trying to come back and if i'm not mistaken i think one of them even tried to steal a ghost hawk. Also for the bounty clearing part why would they clear bounties when we were continuously killing each other

    How do you know that no one else saw them?  Chances are if they got in trouble for it then they probably were spotted doing it by other people.

    Most people should know not to touch anything when a hacker comes on due to the potential chance of getting banned. Spending that hacked in money on things can make it harder for the admins to fix having to go and delete everything that someone bought or they just end up giving out full wipes since so many people are doing it.

    There's more to the story then just paint balling, most of this can not be talked about but it is what it is.

    Devs have been buffing cops lately, how about APD starts doing their own shit for once

    There would still be a certain amount of medic/uc slots so if they come over and get kicked off they’d have to go on a normal cop slot where the only benefit would be the guns, although all there are pros and cons with it, it’s something that would need to be elaborated on a bit more. It can potentially mess with promotions on the cop side in a way but other then that I don’t see how it can affect cops too bad. As for the civ side it’s be pretty much the same as it is now although the slots would be filled more often so more medics/UCs/Warrants idk it needs to be looked into more before anything is done
