Listen, she shouldn't have pulled a gun on an unarmed man. HOWEVER! As you can hear she yells shes pulling her taser to stop the dude from fighting the other cop then accidentally pulls her gun and shoots him and quickly realizes. This is a HUGE example of negligence, improper training, and sadly an officer that can't take care of things under pressure. A resignation was clearly needed and thankfully she did resign but shouldn't have been hired in the first place. Its more of a problem with shitty higher ups and constables being promoted that are encouraging the sniper elite. Literally, all you need to do is put someone on lighthouse get 2+ people to push 1st floor have 1 person flash rock and then 1 person push up side ladder while the 1st floor pushes push main ladder while flash rock is flashing roof and lighthouse is covering people who peek. Its a 5 man op at least which 4 is required for a bank anyways. Higher ups need to man the fuck up and pull armor. If they dont have the money to get armor then fucking make it. Scotch is easy, meth is easy, easier with a house, and then there is other money making ways. I see no problem with the current way bank is set up

I sit second floor because dumbass Cpl+ push in prowlers and I pop their cherries. Cops need to have organized pushes to take out first floor then disable the drill and then sniper elite kids at first atm cover fire the roof while someone with flashes sits on flash rock and flashes roof. Then cops in weight room move up interior ladder along with side ladder and they completely stop the bank. So yes there is a problem with 4+ cops ALL sitting 600m out for no reason

THIS! Cops do not push banks as they used to. They sit on Flat rocks, first atm, east bay hill, and new construction THE WHOLE 10 MINUTES. They play sniper fucking elite and its not fun for either side. Cops should be making organized pushes with armor or without that's smart and works. Its like everyone forgot the Sandwich bank video. This goes for more than just bank as well

Yea there are concepts in the server that make things realistic but again there is literally no point to adding them its so easy to not only guess ranges, learn ranges, but find them. It takes a quarter teaspoon of skill to remember what mildot to aim with from 800m windmill to west rock

Yea man this light rp server on a game is super realistic and its such a problem that you need to locate where people are. Honestly its a waste of time to go into the core files, go into every shop needing them and pasting the ui name. There is literally no point because looking at the map seeing where your facing and doing shift + left click ISNT HARD
