The media plays the race card a lot but it's almost always in favor of demoralizing black people. For example when there's a black victim that was killed by a cop they use the mug shot of the black man (If he ever had a criminal record) while the cop who is on trail they use his cadet picture. The media is the strongest entity on earth, they can make an innocent man look guilty, while making a guilty man look innocent - Malcolm X. Also where did you even see where media said anything about black people not being terrorists or terrorists at all, everyone knows that whenever a person does a henious crime the media only call Muslims or Middle eastern people terrorists, white people lone wolves and black people thugs. It's always an entire race or religion who are accountable when they're not white, but when it's a white man doing crazy shit suddenly it's only the person who did it being held accountable.

Rebels; are just that, rebels. They refuse to follow the rules and guidelines set by society so they are self governed people and follow their own rules which are set by their gang leader(s). It's a red zone to encourage this lifestyle of ruthlessness as a rebel, as for the RP part of Rebels selling black market items, as long as they get paid they don't care what you do with your weapons, and if they do I doubt they would say anything to a bunch of armed people who just murdered other people in cold blood, they're lucky the guns aren't faced back at them(We would if we could)

I don't think officers have any powers on forums with the exception of being able to view certain sections and topics on the forums. If IPB is still the same only those who have access to the ACP can move members in and out of their group. My suggestion is to either contact an admin(on forums), provide a link to your application and it's acceptance and let them know the problem. Or just wait till they do it on their own.

What do you mean " who does the most drugs "? Run drugs? Or consume the drugs? If it's consuming I don't understand the competitive side of the event at all; if it's drug running then I guess it's more of a chance game, I'm sure we all gather the same speed and process the same speed, but it would just be a game of who has the most time on their hand and who doesn't get robbed or busted.

Make sure you've verified all the files that say "needs verifying" even though it appears you've downloaded all mods and are up to date it still requires the integrity of the files to be verified. It may also still download something that you didn't think you needed, I had this problem for quite awhile and with my shitty internet it was always unwelcoming to verify as it downloads more shit. That's what I hate about exile, there's always something being downloaded as pretty much every server is different.

It's understandable that the server tries to keep doing different things to try and improve the server; that's just what an owner will do. You're right though the biggest problem is the lack of communication from devs/owners to the community, I was an admin on a WoW server for 3 years or so and it ultimately failed because they never listened the community and the communities needs. Change log is good for keeping members up to date on the changes of the server however I'd like to suggest that they also create another topic to inform the community of their future plans; then make a topic concerning their future plans and wait for feedback, if the feedback is positive then implement the changes; if it goes wrong then we have no one to blame than the majority of members who thought it was going to help. But also try to understand from the perspective of the Asylum team, their main focus is to keep players playing on their server, provide incentives to donate so that they can support the server and make sure everyone is having fun. It's hard to accomplish all those goals without pissing some people off, you're never going to be able to please everyone. With the new crates, it has good and bad repercussions; it can help fund the server to pay the bills(Pro), it will slightly change the fundamentals of the game and make it unfair for non-donors(con). So for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction; for every good there is also bad, which is true in almost all cases. They outlawed selling of money so that they can keep players playing the game, grinding is part of the life server, however there are people who have extra money and not enough time to do the grinding processes so they were able to just buy it instead. It was good to get rid of it, but also bad in some aspects. BI is on our asses though and the server has BE removed multiple times for similar offenses. There hasn't been much of a change from the first time I started playing on here a little over a year ago, the things that have changed were mostly positive, even the Bounty hunter patch that everyone dreaded isn't so bad as you'd think. I personally thought it was going to be a disaster however it just provided a different play style for civilians who aren't in big gangs to have their own thing. I have my own ideas that I think could benefit the server and help revitalize the players. But the biggest problem for the Asylum team is that they aren't getting enough donations to support the server, the populations are still pretty high I always see all servers during my time 5-9pm full so obviously what they're doing isn't game breaking for mass amounts of players to start quitting. They have to do something, doing nothing is worse than not doing anything.

Do it, if it doesn't say I was kicked and I simply disconnected, but if it says I got kicked by battle eye or server for client not responding; then that is my internet and I have no control of it.

I'd never combat log, the only time I've ever combat logged was on Cpr Josh because some dude was at my house and he fired at the cops when I told him not to and was scared to get raided and get all my crates taken away, that is the only time I've EVER combat logged on purpose.
