All of the federal events are rebel activated. We need a cop activated event. The rebel transport was actually my idea but they reversed it. When enough cops are on they should be forced to start a transport event, like transporting gold bars from bank to the fed.

Whatever, as I told Obowoki this morning......it doesnt affect me. I ground out like 300 scotch over the past two weeks......its the most Ive done in a year. I dont grind, I dont make money, I steal money. I could play on this server for the next 3 years and never grind anything and I will be just fine. I rob enough people to keep my SUI vests, speed bombs and remote detonators stocked and load outs ready to roll. Why do I care then? Because bad decisions negatively impact server pop which hurts gameplay and I kinda like this server.....I dont play any other video game. Kinda like whatever dipshit put house weed into play and didnt realize until a year later it was destroying the economy. Scotch was a great way that a new player, if he is sneaky, can make decent money with minimal risks. Now its so nerfed there is no point. I guarentee you if you do an analysis of time VS cash made, you can make more money doing timber than scotch now.

So scotch requires an aging process. In order for me to keep it all, I have to capture wongs, go process, store my materials......wait 3 server restarts, go cap wongs AGAIN, add aging chemicals.....Bwahahhaaaa........then go sell hopefully before someone recaps it from me. This could take 3 days to sell a single box truck and risk multiple load outs, orcas and ifrits to do so. Nothing, no other money making process on the server has been taxed that hard before. Honestly, if the devs just wanted to nuke scotch, just get rid of it.

What does this mean? When you sell at Wongs you get an extra tax.....even if you own Wongs?

You could tie the houses you are able to keep to the same point system that accumulates gang perks or talent points. You dont get gang perks or talent points sitting AFK in a house.

I was for this wipe, and I didnt see it coming......so I got a late start on grinding and lost all my prime houses that Ive spent years aquiring......so it sucks. But if the numbers show the wipe can help bring life back to the server, then tough shit for me......Im good with it. That said, a second wipe would make it tough coming back after this weekend.

I like the wipe. Of course the big cartel groups were going to benefit more from the reset. They rolled over cops so hard for hours that the cops stopped responding to fed events. They made millions very quickly. Know what? Tough shit. Thats the way it goes, big dogs eat first. Would it have been better to nerf fed events for a week or two while things settled down.....sure. But thats hindsight. Dont like it, get a big cartel gang together and go fight them. The hierarchy of the island is what it is....deal with it. That said, please dont wipe a second time. Otherwise this weekend was a waste of time. Let it ride, it will all work itself out.

As much as I hate to agree with him.....I was always against this. But honestly, the macro economics of the island have been broken with passive money making opportunities and its impossible to fix right now without a wipe. It went on for too long. There are too many players with enough money that they never have to grind again. Its killed the contest on the server. The base of this server came here to troll, fight and rob. Deleting all but $100k in everyones account would cause everyone to get out and start grinding again. ETA: Wiping it once will not work. Too many players know this game and how to be efficient. Half the server will have 5 mil in their account in a month. I think it needs to be wiped on a regular basis.
