Why do gangs put "Knowledge of cartels" when they don't fight?   For those rare chances that they do go to fight? Or just to know where to offline cap in the safest spots?

If u dont use them u have to tilt the orca sideways to pull it round. If you do that and use rudder pedals u can turn and loose speed very quickly. Look on this video, thats how i land anyway  there are other ways of doing it but this is how i feel is the best  
 

So after a Prison break I was downed and restrained by a Corporal @minibagge.  Instead of sending me straight to jail i managed to talk him into a deal.  We would play a game that where I would ask Questions from Who wants to be a Millionaire, an old show from ABC.  If he got more the 4 questions right out of 7 I would go to jail.  If he missed more then 4 questions then myself and my companions would go free.  Most cops don't feel like talking to us and just send us to jail so i don't get the opportunity to do this that often.
At the end he actually wound up giving me a pardon as we agreed.  This is the 6th time i have tried to do this form of getting free.  Of the six times i have won 4 of them.  the times that i have won the cops always go back on their word.  They usually send me to jail or just tell me they cant let me go so they try to give me parole or they will have unrestrained me and lethaled me.  One time the cops one and they had so much fun with the game that they pardoned me just because they enjoyed this.  This was the first time that I have had a cop keep his word and pardon me... Props to u @minibagge the APD needs more like ya.

reasons why server 6 is dying if not dead......cops unbalanced they have 9mm smgs...ridiculous to think anyone can stop crime up against long range fully automatic rifles. the bounty hunter gets a colt carbine that only a LT can get ..whole map is based on the east coast everything is bunched together. no banks , the fed is a joke. a wire fence keeping all the citizens money safe. the cop cars slide everywhere , ima a donor wheres my hatchback? theres no donor town, theres no donor discount in the stores.the gunshop has more selection then rebel damn near all legal at that .. I gotta go to Sydney to buy a crate for a house in melborne..smh I love the server its a great change, but come on its being half slacked off..got 3 planes all under 50 and 1 hummingbird at 150k.. no scopes..this clearly wasn't thought out fully..just its great having 4 of the same exact servers. whats nice is a change everyonce in a while. but if its not up to par why waste time? just saying serer 6 is great has potential but not being tended correcty. please help it
