Reason: Hubs is awesome to ride with. He keeps things fun and has great leadership.Going into any situation he always has a plan. Also the man is a great pilot.

Reason: She is extremely knowledgable of the guidebook and is always willing to answer questions even if she needs to find out the answer. She will provide links and guidebook quotes to back up her answer as well. I always tell any officers that she is one of the best to answer questions and she uses her knowledge to make sure situations are being handled correctly.
Suggested Reward: $10,000 and a box of donuts.
