When the Asylum Tanoa server was first launched I bought a villa house(120K house with garage which I do not think works yet) literally 250m or less from the distillery. I took a break for a little while from Asylum and forgot about it. So now I am wondering how much you would sell it because this is the first time I have sold a house on the forums. My base price is 700k and I think this is a little too high so if you are interested please tell me your thoughts or how much you would pay and I may put it up for sale. I will put images in if it this post gets enough attention.

I see it is a talent and I wonder if it is actually a thing because on home upkeep in talents it says it is (not yet implemented) but gang upkeep does not say (not yet implemented). Anybody know how it works?

I heard that after one month of being off Asylum your houses will automatically be taken from you and will be sold for their default price. Is this true? I do not want to be off too long and come back on to realize I should have brought my laptop on the trip. If you know how it works can you go in detail? Thank You. P.S. If they added the unarmed versions of the VTOL(s) in Tanoa that would be so cool! Having huge inventory space they can make runs super easy and fun! Make it super expensive to make or build so it is really hard to get. Admins, I would appreciate feedback.

This house is for people that do not have that much money but are looking for a house to store weapons and age scotch without doing any home improvement work. It gives you easy access to the highway.

Why did they make it so they can easily track you down. Within a few minutes of killing someone in self-defence. I immediately get jailed and lose all my shit. They need to downgrade bounty hunters because I lost 10k worth of gear so far in the past half an hour. Admins and developers, please do something.
