I use window capture with OBS and play in windowed full screen. Game capture doesn't work for Arma. I'm not sure what setting you are rolling with

[When Good Flying Lessons Turn Bad]

I tried to do a public service and give free flying lessons, but my students seemed to be having a hard time. I guess I will just host more lessons. Coming to a server near you.

There are lots of setting you can adjust to get better fps. Search youtube for that and filter withing last year and a few of the top ones will help a bunch. I tweaked a bunch and it helped my frames. And also try to close all unneeded programs that may be running in background

[Medics]

I love to play medic as well and many people have had great ideas, but sadly they are low on any priority list if any, and it is understandable. Medics play such a small roll in the game because everyone has the option to spec in first aid and get the defibrillator talent fairly quickly. So if a rebel or a cop is in need of a revive, there is usually a buddy close by. Medics mostly revive and splint brand new players that don't have many talents or gang mates. 

[Getting shafted when I enter a server]

You may want to delete your dll files in the folder. This has helped me in the past. After validate your game files again and give it a shot.

[How do you make rubber?]

You take a boat to the oil rig. Find the machine and get an oil barrel. Walk the barrel to your boat and put it in. Boat over to the oil processor to the south east and process it. You get a few rubber for crafting vehicles and some oil which you can sell at oil trader or also use to craft.
