  1. Well you came back quick
  2. Make being a medic far more lucrative as well.
  3. The idea of implementing drug labs in houses has been brought up many times but I've got a concept that could work. We add a system that keeps track of how many hours a gang holds cartels for. Once said gang gets enough hours, they have the ability to purchase a drug processing machine (it would look like the scrap metal processor in the prison) which would cost shitloads of money, at least 800-900k. The gang leader can only place the machine in a larger house, maybe sheds only. The machine allows anyone in the gang to put ingredients inside of it and it processes the drugs like scotch barrels over a few restarts. It automatically sells it and transfers the money into the gang account. There can only be one processor per gang, and in order to keep the machine the gang has to meet a certain amount of cartel hours per week/month. Could also establish a limit as to how many drugs the machine can process per restart. The market demand system can balance the amount of drugs that gangs are processing, but that could make it harder on noobies to make more profit. Not sure on this. Another balance point could be to add a raid option for drug labs that allow apd higher ups to initiate a raid per certain amount of restarts that gives officers one life to seize the drug machine and receive big payouts for seizing ingredients. Gangs would have to be careful about keeping their lab location secret; the gang leader can pack up the machine at any time and transfer it to another house if need be, but any processing ingredients would be destroyed. I'm not sure how much this would hamper server memory, but it would be cool as hell. Lemme know if this is a feasible idea and if so what tweaks it needs.
  4. @Will Not going to lie, everytime I see some Lt get admin I roll my eyes and think "He will be a mod and pretty much hit the chill out button when getting admin". Wrong. This guy has happy to help me out on several occasions and he is overall great at what he does. Works his ass off around here. This guy is in for the long haul and that's what I like to see.
  5. Cops don't like to give out gear often because it only means they will get kidnapped for it more often.
  6. I used to be a Sgt and even then I thought that was a bad idea. We have to draw the line somewhere for 7.62's. Thats prob a no-go from papa Gnashes
  7. I can dig that, but get rid of that color of the mk20 for undercovers, since it's only available to police. I don't know how open you are to this idea, but it would be nice to also see some more rebel weapons in the hands of undercovers as well.
  8. @Gnashes Just a quick suggestion, would be nice to see the standard undercover loadouts ditch the mk20 and switch over to the spar, and the police vest be changed to a uc vest of random color. Just doesn't make much sense to spawn in a police only weapon on an undercover.
  9. Paratus owns the server therefore he has all the power in the world, but the community happens to be the majority of players, and if the community doesnt get what it wants, then things go downhill. That gives all of us power.

    Who owns this?

Let me know if you ever want to put it on the market, I can put it to good use
  11. @Gnashes First order of business, please bring back the old prison!

    Who owns this?

@Mr Smirnoff I was told by someone you know who owns this?
  13. This house and garage have been owned on server 2 for ages now, if anyone here owns it I will take up an offer. The house and garage are the black marks on the map. https://gyazo.com/9c579db919caebd037602f73b993b366 https://gyazo.com/88dda17b9c69c2e6dc16cdccc91889bf
  14. Arma 3 will always be a game that benefits from single threaded performance, arma 4 may change that but thats a while down the road. Ryzen is solely focused on multi threaded performance which makes them good for workstations. I honestly believe amd uses thier 8 cores as a marketing scheme for gamers since it makes it more appealing, but yet it does nothing for todays games.

    Good bye

I don't understand why people make these types of goodbye posts, we all have the ability to flip a switch and come check things out at any point in the future, which inevitably happens at some point. I can see these types of posts for instances where someone has to leave i.e going on a military deployment. Either way, have fun with whatever it is you are going to do.
  16. Good luck man. As a friendly reminder, I would suggest you lower minimum hours to ~400-500 to increase the amount of applicants. It's pretty tough to find free agency in the range you seek, especially if you aren't forming the gang with a solid foundation of players. I just don't want to see a gang slowly die off, and remember out of all the noobs you take under your wing, a few of those will be gems.
  17. One thing for almost certain: memleaks will take much longer to occur since the more ram you have, the more time it will take to use that ram up.
  18. @SPC Brian Whom I believe is Officer Bill in game, he is an excellent rper and a frankly one of the only cops I look forward to getting processed by when I'm out doing stupid stuff. Would like to see this man promoted!
  19. Thing is combat storing in the aspect that you quoted was never really a problem for anyone. Why do I care if a cop stores there hatchback sport 2 clicks out from me in a firefight? This feature made an inconvenience into a bigger problem.
  20. This feature is far more a pain in the ass than it is functional. 99% of the time people store vehicles after a situation is over this feature gets in the way, same for cops impounding vehicles as well. The idea is good in concept but in practice it is impractical.
  21. How do you start an admin marathon? Put a comp requester behind them.
  22. Want to hear a construction joke? I'm still working on it.
  23. People do it, but the problem persists and it's an idea that if possible should be implemented. It will never go away since new people are constantly playing thus combat logging.
