Pct: Honestly not 100% sure but mostly all around.
Description: Really nice guy overall. Comes up to a higher up when there is a problem. Insisted on me talking to the cops in a channel when they weren't doing something completely right in order for them to know for the next time. His RP is very solid. Kidnapped him one day and he was very cooperative and RP'd it out instead of just shooting back. Overall very decent cop from what I have seen.
