Sorry to say, but rebels really don't care about cop kills at all. I doubt many people would like it, unless they made a good play, and did something extraordinary. You just happened to be fighting the rebel daycare centre.

Ever since the AE has made its comeback to the server I have shitty frames and a 4000% increase in memleaks. Literally the only thing that has changed for me is that being added back in. Am I the only one? If not this should be removed until it is more stable... Even if it is "Flawless" and "Working as intended"

No one mentioned 3 hours fighting, this is how I know you know nothing about Rebel Life. You spend a whole restart pretty much afk capping and waiting for turfs to pop to also afk cap them, and then spend a hour or 2 crafting weapons only for your load-out to cost slightly cheaper, when previously it would cost as much as 15k cheaper after spending all the time. If you take crafting out of the question, after capping said cartel and turfs, the discounts currently completely get negated by Governor tax.
Drug Runners is the only reason people are still fighting, Drug Runners is the only reason these load-out prices are still viable, but Drug Runners is not for everyone. Without Drug runner, it would take around 30 minutes to make a mere load-outs worth of money with any other non-house run. A loadout that you can literally lose to anything on Asylum, especially with server performance issues.

If you are new and don't know what it is ;
It was a forum where gangs would "declare war" on each other. I know we have the in-game war system now, but nobody uses it anymore considering the numbers are broken. This was also for everyone to see & we could see which gang would be the superior gang.
Back in the day we saw some insane wars. The most enjoyable one I saw was BB vs FSA.
 
How it'd work;
Let's say Elysium declares war on Tenacity.
Leaders agree on dates and times that would be most relevant to each gang. Given time to make money / craft vehicles before hand. Leaders would come together and they would both choose who defends / who attacks when and where. Each gang would have their own assigned rebel. (or make donor town/rebel a safe-zone) If cops oddly become involved in the fights, then they would team together to defeat them so they can continue the war.  More rules could be made up ; but it depends on how friendly the two gangs are with each other. Winners of the said war would get their "street credit" & be known as the better gang on the servers.
 
It's not a flawless system, but it might make gangs want to fight more knowing ahead of time when fights are.
