It could have my license plate. @HotWings they're in possession of my stolen vehicle. Same thing, really. Let's say I kept the vehicle in sight the entire time but stayed far enough away that they didn't see me. I just tailed them the entire time but said/did nothing. Then 10 mins later they stop and I shoot. That would be considered RDM. But it isn't for cops.

The problem with cops being allowed to down someone in a police vehicle > 5 mins after is that I doubt civs can do the same. Badguy steals my blue truck. I see badguy in my truck 15 mins later. I shoot him without talking first (he's stopped, distracted and I don't want to tip him off to get my truck back). I would likely be banned for RDM.

But "everyone hands up or I'm going to blow you up" is RDM (the suicide vest). Since one of the guys who died had his hands up (complying). It isn't hands up and die, its hands up OR die. As in, one or the other.

So you RDM and then appologize after, as if that makes breaking the rules (and then posting a video for personal gain of it) okay?

I think he's saying that he stole a police car. 15 minutes later the police found him because there was a tracker on the car. However, they immediately shot and didn't initiate. He's asking if this is within the rules or should they have sirened/initiated.

They didn't initiate. They waited till I got back in my plane and shot. Period. They seem to think just because I had talked to dealer I'm KOS. But if they didn't iniaite while I was at dealer and the first thing I see or hear is them shooting me in the plane, then no, we aren't iniaited. This isn't an issue of initiation. This is an issue of people thinking 300m from smuggler is KOS.

Quit shooting people who aren't within talk distance. You can shoot them while they're 10 meters or closer. Not after they leave. Not after they get in their plane. Etc. Love, Salty unarmed guy who got RDMed by tough guys with loadouts while inside my plane.
