Change 5mil listing price cap for selling homes to 15mil (or something higher)

I don't know if there is a reason for the 5mil listing price cap, but if there is not, raising that cap might be a good idea. It would prevent real estate scams as you could list higher value properties for their proper price. House sales would be a one and done deal, no fumbling around at the ATM. This is probably an easy change to make and would benefit the players

I don't see any reason for a cap ngl. Would make selling property easier and safer just to not have have a cap on the amount you can list things for.
