There are no more rebel training camps for Kavala Citizens. Slave trucks nowadays take way too long to get to the coke field. Slaves get bored and opts out of amazing RP experiences. Meth runners work environment have been getting worse, with a lot of shootings and high-jacking. Slave traders ,Rebel force-recruiters and Drug Runners are going out of business all around the island. The issue with them is that BIS made them mostly imperially to lower caliber rounds (minus the side windows), so they were being used as armored spotting vehicles that couldn't be shot down.
