Let's say someone says hands up or die and you complie . Then they rob you to see that you had no money. After that they kill you. Is that rdm?

Third, when someone does comply with your demands, you must find another reason to kill them.  They complied, so your “or” statement has no meaning if you go ahead and kill them anyway.  If you say “hands up or die” and the person puts their hands up and you shoot them anyway, you will likely find yourself banned for a period of time.  If you want to further the RP scenario with them a touch and then kill them that is fine, but you must find another reason inside of your RP to end their life.

Yeah, it's RDM, no, most people don't get banned for it. Mostly because none of the victims really know it's RDM either, so they don't report it..

So if a criminal was robbing someone IRL they would shoot you for being ugly? That makes zero sense.

if you do what they say. 

Then its RDM. 

They need another reason to kill you, (RP, A game, You doing something stupid. ect )

In order to initiate with someone through RP you must demand the person to do something. If he complies then you CANNOT kill him, if he refuses you CAN kill him. 

The demand needs to be reasonable, you can't demand "Put your hands up in the car or i will kill you." 

You can demand "Give me the keys to your orca" if he doesn't you can kill him. 

Other people have quoted bamf on his explanation on the RDM rules. 

Either one gets banned for not specifically following those rules is always upto the reviewing admin. 

They reserve the rights to ban or not ban anyone for any given reason. If their reason however is unfair or wrong in your eyes you can contact the involved admin for clarification or Bamf/Motown to get an final decision on the report.

Yes that is RDM by the current rules.
