About

The NCR has a primary focus of holding cartels as well as doing bank and federal reserve robberies. The NCR has a funding policy set in place that helps members craft Orcas and Ifrits or anything else they may need in order effectively carry out operations. The gang account will provide members with enough money to craft these things upon request. The gang has a leadership structure similar to one of a corporate entity. Day-to-day operations of the gang are presided over by the CEO. A board oversees the activity of the gang as well as proposes and votes upon major decisions. Representatives help by speaking on behalf of the NCR to the broader community.
