Gang Ranks (Question)

So I was messing with my gang ranks and was wandering exactly how they work. You can demote to a very low number (got to 7 before i stopped). I wanted to know if these actually mean anything or if it's only 1-3 with perms and the rest are just numbers that I assume have #3 perms.

3 and after are all the same. 2 gets access to gang account and recruiting, and 1 has the same power as the leader.

Usually there's one gang leader. Now there are higher ups that get rank one,but that doesn't mean they are the actual gang leader.

Any rank 1 can kick any rank 1, just saying. Atleast that was possible when i did it a few months ago
