Definitly remove or at least increase to 15. When you push a cartel with 3 ifrits 3 of the last ifrit cant even see hexes making it not even fun or not able to come to the fight..

You do see my side of this, right? Yes, it sucks that your massive group can't all have hexes. Split up and go fight in two different places, or on two different servers if there are that many of you.
