Environmental Stuff

There's probably been a suggestion like this before. Anyways, the suggestion is to add environmental weathering like rain, fog, thunderstorms, waves and the like. I didn't realize how lacking it was in the server until rain was put in about 15 minutes before restart on Server 1 just now. I think it'd be cool to be in a firefight at the bank or fed in the pouring rain or in fog.

Rain /Thunderstorm are really good and 10 times better than Fog.

+1 rain was fun it added another element to combat and made the server fill more realistic/alive.

Rain and Thunderstorms were super awesome as long as it didn't happen at night. If it were limited to daytime only i would love to see it make a comeback.

Only if I wouldn't get 5 fps.. also NVG+Rain was a bad combo.
